Is Snooker rigged?

Snooker, a sport that has been in a bit of controversy over the past few years for "match fixing". Former World Champion, John Higgins was one player who was actually video taped taking a bribe to fix one of his matches.
He was banned for six months and fined 75,000 pounds.

But let's really take a look at what's going on...

Two of Snooker's most successful players over the past thirty years, without doubt would be, Stephen Hendry and Steve Davis.
Again as in every sport, the birthdays are key.

Stephen Hendry was born on January 13th, 1969 or the written (13/1/69 in Europe). That's like my favorite number, 131!!!
Stephen holds the (modern era) record for the most World Championships.
He has won it seven (7) times.

Steve Davis was born on August 22nd, 1958.
August 22nd is the 234th day of the year, which leaves 131 days remaining!!
131 connection again!!!

Steve has won the World Snooker Championships six (6) times.
(Including a 13-1 (131) victory over Mike Hallett in 1988 on his way to his fifth title!)

Premier League Drama - Leicester City's Jamie Vardy Suspended

Jamie Vardy has accepted an FA charge of improper conduct toward referee Jon Moss in Leicester City's game against West Ham last Sunday. Vardy was going to miss this Sunday’s game against Swansea but now will likely miss the next game against Manchester United and possibly the game after that against Everton.

The race for the Premier League title is expected to get closer now.

Spurs have closed the gap to 5 points after Leicester could only draw 2-2 last week and Spurs demolished Stoke City 4-0.
The Jamie Vardy loss for Leicester is huge but you would have to question the timing of this suspension.
4 matches left, Leicester in the driving seat and then they lose their best player and the League's top goal scorer.
Hmmmmm.....

But, as I said before, Leicester do have that the January 31st birthday.
Liam Moore, born 1/31/1993.

I believe the Vardy suspension is to manufacture some excitement into the final few weeks of the title race.
Spurs may come back into it and it may come down to the final day
but... in my opinion, Leicester City will prevail.
I'm sure a few people will wager a few bucks on Spurs based on the Vardy suspension, which I think is a smokescreen.

But why Leicester City, why isn't it another team to have this 'miraculous' season.
Well, my thinking is in Simple Gematria, Leicester City =153.
There's the story in the bible about the 'miraculous' catch of 153 species of fish.
If Leicester hold on, this will indeed be a 'miracle'.

Roy Keane, 2002 World Cup incident

Roy Keane, was Ireland's captain back in the 2002 World Cup when he sensationally quit the team after arriving in Saipan where the Irish team were training in the lead up to the World Cup.

Roy supposedly had a row with Packie Bonner and criticized both the manager, Mick McCarthy and the training facilities.
He compared the training ground to be
"Like a car park".

Like a car park = 106 in Gematria
Prophecy = 106

Was Roy prophesizing  a future Championship for Ireland?
It's interesting that Roy missed out on that World Cup.
Not an easy thing for a player to do. The glory of playing for your country on the world's stage is a dream come true for these guys.
My opinion is that Roy was put up to this for whatever strange reason and then later on promised a pay back for it.
The powers that be as we know love to create controversy.

Ireland went on to do pretty well without him, losing to Spain on penalties in the second round. It left the nation wondering what if? What if Roy had to stay and play. Maybe we would have beaten Spain?

Now it's 2016, and guess who's the Assistant manager of the Republic of Ireland soccer team, Yup, it's Roy Keane.
The pay off for Roy is coming this summer I feel.

The Republic of Ireland manager is Martin O'Neill.
His birthday is March 1st.
From the date of March 1st to the date of the Euro '16 final on July 10th is 131 days!!
See my other posts on the number 131 if you don't know the meaning already!!

The 100 year celebrations of the Irish Easter rising this year will be made all that more special when the Irish bring home the European Championship!!

Even more Euro '16 clues...

Here's some more clues to Euro '16 winner...

I was reading a piece there about George Clooney and the fund raiser he had for Hillary Clinton.
The cost per couple was $353,000!
An "obscene" amount of money!
(I'll talk about the word "obscene" in a moment).

When I saw this, I asked myself, why $353,000? Why not $350,000?
There's got to be a reason why it's $353,000!
Then it struck me... that 353 looks familiar to me.
353 is the dialing code for The Republic of Ireland!

In the article I was reading, there were numerous references to the word "Obscene", (Like an "obscene" amount of money). Clooney was even quoted saying it twice.
In gematria,
Obscene =63
Ireland in Gematria =63 also.

George Clooney himself has Irish connections. His great great grandfather, Nicholas Clooney was from County Kilkenny.
George apparently paid his first visit to the Emerald Isle in 2015.

The date of the fund raiser was April 15th.
From April 15th to the beginning of Euro '16 is 57 days,
(if ya count the date of June 10th itself)
57 written out is 131 in gematria, which is Championship!!

EURO '16... More clues!

In a previous post, I had predicted that the Republic of Ireland would be a team to watch in this years European Championships.
Check this out folks...

On April 14th, Director Dan IRELAND died at the age of 57.
Now, if ya write out the number "fifty seven" in gematria, it equals 131.
131 ="Championship".

There's more... from the date of Dan Ireland's death, (April 14th) until the start of the Euro '16 tournament is 57 days!

One of the movies Dan Ireland directed was "Jolene".
Actress Jessica Chastain starred in that movie.
She put out a tweet today. See below.

Look at the time of the tweet, 2:53pm. A lot like 253 right?
In Gematria, if ya type out "Euro Sixteen Champions", it comes to 253!!!

Is that unreal or what?
A reminder, The Republic of Ireland have a 1/31 birthday on their squad, (Jeff Hendrick), and are 150-1 to win EURO '16!!!

UPDATE: Stanley Cup and new 131 connection

As the playoff picture is now complete, I went through the rosters and found the NY Islanders have a guy with a January 31st birthday.

Mikhail Grabovski, has been in the league since 2006. He hasn't won a Stanley Cup yet. Could this be the year for him?

This is the 99th Stanley Cup. There's a buzz around that there will be some connection to Wayne Gretzky, (his number was 99).
Gretzky did have a bit of a rivalry with the Islanders in the 80's.
His Edmonton Oilers lost to them in 1983.
In 1984, Gretzky and his team got revenge and defeated the Islanders in the Stanley Cup Final, 4 games to 1.

Let's see how it pans out.

US Masters - Jordan Speith leads but...

Watching the Masters here and right now, Jordan Speith leads with -6.

He's been leading since the first day and when he won it last year, he led from the beginning also.

Now, as Dustin Johnson was finishing up I heard the commentator say,
"Dustin Johnson, he's always in the mix".

In Jewish Gematria, "He's always in the mix" =2016!!

Also, In the Reduction method,
"He's always in the mix" = 80
This years Masters is the 80th!!!

This sounds like a major clues as to tomorrow's winner.

DJ is on Even Par for the tournament, which ironically enough is 216 shots!!

Ya put that zero in there and it looks like 2016 also.

Yet another gem from the commentator,
"Dustin Johnson, just cruising along"
In the English Reduction method,
"Dustin Johnson just cruising along" = 131, which equals Championship!!!

Dustin Johnson 2016 US Masters Winner??

We would have ta see some major collapse from Speith for it to happen.

UPDATE... The Speith collapse has started, bogey and Double bogey on the last two holes to bring him back to -3. Dustin is only 3 shots behind now!

UPDATE... Euro 16 - Could The Republic of Ireland shock the world?

Looking at the Euro '16 squads (which aren't really finalized yet) I'm putting my "131 theory" into practice again. It's been correct for the Superbowl and the NCAA Tourney which I predicted Villanova would win. I think I was the only "Gematria guy" that picked 'Nova.

Anyway, right now my home nation, Ireland (Latest odds 150-1) have Jeff Hendrick and his birthday is January 31st!!

Now, I know that the date is written differently in Europe and it might be the January 13th birthday we should look at but guess what, Glenn Whelan has a birthday of January 13th!!!

Another interesting thing is that back in November of 2009, Ireland played France in a very controversial playoff match to qualify for the 2010 World Cup.
Thierry Henry for France clearly handles the ball (twice) and scores the winning goal to put France through and put the Irish out in heart breaking cheating fashion!!
Well, this years European Championships are being held in FRANCE.
Could this be a pay back for the cheating??

From the date of that match, (November 18th 2009) to the date that France was announced the host of Euro 16 (May 28th 2010) is 191 days.
The Euro 16 Final is on July 10th, (The 191st day of the year!!)

Also, The legendary Irish Sports broadcaster, Bill O'Herlihy passed away in 2015 about a year after retiring.
He was the host of the Ireland pre-game and post game shows on RTE for numerous years dating back to the 70's.

The date of his death was May 25th 2015.
From May 25th to the start of Euro '16 on June 10th is 1 year and 16 days.
That's like, 116.
The common, 911 upside down that we see in a lot of the hoaxes.

Finally, this year (2016), The Republic of Ireland are celebrating 100 years since the Easter rising of 1916 against the English, which eventually led to the Republic coming in to being.

This will also be the first time that 24 teams will contest the European Championships. It has been expanded from 16 teams.
Its ALSO been 24 years since the last major upset, when Denmark won in 1992.
Denmark didn't even qualify for the finals but were granted a spot as Yugoslavia were disqualified because of the breakup and warfare in the country.
Ireland were again in contention for that spot because they had the next highest points but Denmark were awarded it as they finished 2nd in Yugoslavia's group.

So, in summary. It looks good for the Republic of Ireland.
It would be such a huge upset if it were to happen.

I'm gonna check the squads again when they are officially announced, if these guys are on there, this may be worth a look.

Premier League... Can Leicester City hang on?

The fairy tale season of Leicester City continues. They lead the Premier League by seven points over Tottenham Hotspur, (Spurs).

Leicester City have come from absolutely nowhere to the pinnacle of English Soccer in an amazing and strange turn of events.
Can they hang on for seven more matches and win the Premiership for the first time ever?

Lets look at their squad for a few clues...

They have a player, Liam Moore who's birthday is... January 31st!!
Now, they do write the date differently in the UK but none of the contenders have birthdays of January 13th or January 31st for that matter.

After the Villanova win I believe that the January 31 birthday trumps the name Gematria.
The Superbowl was more evidence of that when Vernon Davis went to the Broncos before the Superbowl and his birthday is January 31 also.

So, I think history will be made in the Premier League this season.
Leicester City, should be the Champions... WOW!!

NHL Stanley Cup Prediction...

The Hot Favourites for this year's Stanley Cup, The Washington Capitals seem to be on their way to finally winning a Championship.
They have a had a magnificent season.

Having said that, my money would be on the Pittsburgh Penguins.

Bryan Rust has a birthday on 5/11/92.

May 11th is the 131st day of the year.

Now, I realize that Tyler Seguin from the Dallas Stars has a birthday of January 31st but he has already won with Boston in 2011. I don't think that they use same players twice, (I may be wrong though, we'll see).

So my pick is the Pittsburgh Penguins to win the Stanley Cup!

Euro 2016 winner...

Taking a look at the squads for the Euro 2016 soccer tournament coming up in the summer.

I went through the main ones like, Germany, France, Poland, England and Belgium.

When I got to Belgium, I noticed that their goalkeeper, Thibaut Courtois was born on May 11th.

May 11th is the 131st day of the year. I could not find any player born on January 13th in those squads. (I'm not sure but because the date is written differently in Europe, I think they use the January 13th instead of January 31st).

I also think that Thibaut Courtois was the reason Chelsea won the EPL title last year.

What u think lads???
